Dr. Odabas worked at Ankara University Stem Cell Institute Tissue and Cell Processing Centre (Authorized by Turkish Minister of Health) for 2 years as a Process Supervisor (http://kokens.ankara.edu.tr/en/). He is an expert on Biocompatibility Testing according to ISO 10993: Biological evaluation of medical devices and ISO 11737: Microbiology Test methods / Contamination Control & Environmental Monitoring and Sterility Testing via European Pharmacopeia.
He also has experience on ISO 13485 Quality Control System; product validation and releasing as he worked at BMT Calsis, the first orthobiologic product manufacturer in TURKEY (http://bmt.group/Home) as R&D Coordinator; working on development of production line for hard and soft tissue repair products such as porous bio-resorbable ceramics ( Tricalcium phosphate granules and putty materials).
